LEASE AGREEMENT: Upon the mutual execution of this LOI, Lessor shall promptly prepare the Lease Agreement and shall make a good faith effort to deliver said Lease Agreement to Lessee within Three Days from the mutual execution of this LOI.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Lessor, Lessee, and their Agents shall maintain the confidentiality of the parties, terms, and conditions of this letter and the negotiations that may follow, if any, from this date forth.

This is a non-binding LOI to express Lessee's interest in the Property given the terms and conditions described herein.
